I moved on from orcs as I felt they were going to be to complex in the time frame I had. I then had the thought of Gru from 'Despicable Me' and I liked the idea of a character with same sort of dimensions; long thin legs, large odd body and out of proportioned head. I then looked at Jack from 'A Nightmare Before Christmas' as he has similar features. I wanted to look at skeletons after that but all so carrying on with the dimensions.
